I am aged 72 years now. I went through a robertic prostrate surgery 5 years before at U.S. due prostrate cancer which was not spread any other limp of the body. My present PSA level is 0.09 did on Sep 2012. But since then I do not have any errection. My doctor at US advised me to take penile injection under the supervision of the urologist. But I could not try that because I was living with children and it can be done only in day time which was not possible there. Now I came to India and living with wife. My question is that in this age I can do injection theraphy or not. If posible please send an e.mail so that I can come to your hospital. If so please let me know I have to come alone or with wife. Dear Doctor, I am aged 61 yrs and a diabetic patient. FBS 127 & PPBS 167 and I am uder Ayurvedic treatment. Medicine: Nishakathakathadi Kazhayam with Chandraprabha 2 tablets in the morning & evening. I do not get sufficient erctionas my organ will not rise beyond the horizontal therby I have reduced sexual acts. I tested for PSA and creatinine which are found to be under normal values very nuch. I am 34 and have been suffering from ED for the last 20 years. The erection is not strong enough for penetrative sex. Various treatments in Delhi including viagra, penile injections and testesterone therapy have not yielded results.The Penile Doppler Test did not show something wrong (there was some intermittent leakage though). Is Penile implants the only option left for me. I am scared about that.
