sir i have vericocele problem, penis bend, penis size small, lot of hair fall problelm and all. You seem to have a lot of problems. Yes we do have treatment for all sexual problems. Without physical examination and investigations we cannot give an opinion. Treatment may include medicines, psychotherapy, sex therapy or operations depending on the disease or problem. It is better for you to consult a doctor and get an opinion.

Any urologist or surgeon can do a varicocele operation. But the ideal will be a Urologist who is profficient in Andrology. Varicocele operation can be be done as laparoscopic surgery, TV ligation or microsurgery. Most of the doctors and in most of the hospitals laparoscopic surgery is being done as it is more easy, less time consuming and the cost is also low. But the chances for recurence is very high. Compared the other two microsurgery is the best and chances for recurrence is as low as 1% compared to the high recurrence rate in the other methods. Here we do only microsurgical varicocelectomy and our results are excellent.
I am 50 years of age and have been leading a great sexual life till one month back. I do not smoke, but I occasionally drink, that too only one peg. I have a mild BP for the last one year(130/90) for which I started a calcium channel blocker medicine(Almodac-2.5)from last year on wards.I am generally healthy with 170 cm Ht and 69 Kg Wt. Now let me come to my problems. For the last one I noticed my semen is little thicker than usual, but id did not cause any problems to me. But now, for the last one month I had suddenly developed an ED. Usually erection occours and morning hardness of penis is also there.But when I try to penetrate it comes down. It all happened sometime back when , during the time of penetration somebody came to knock and the erection came down. Next time when I tried to use condom it came down. It gave me a trauma, I think. After that even though we tried many times but in vain. Instead of concentrating on the partner and her organs my mind is fully after my penis and its performance during intercourse. I am mentally disturbed and highly disappointed also. Please advice.
There are two possibilities. It may be a psychogenic problem due to mental trauma and subsequent performance anxiety. Another possibility is that it may be an early stage of erectile dysfunction due to organic cause. Any how it is better to get it investigated to identify whether there is any underlying medical problems. Based on the findings treatment can be planned. You may consult an Andrologist. Delayed ejaculation is one of the side effects of SSRI. In your case without having a proper evaluation it is difficult to make any comment. Please discuss it with your psychiatrist.

Chronic diabetes mellitus is one of the most common causes of erectile dysfunction.It is quite possible that some diabetogenic changes might have occured in the corpus cavernosum inside the penis which can lead to an erectile problem. This might be the reason for his loss of interest in sex. There is effective treatment for this problem. It can be done only after an appropriate evaluation.

One testes is not a contraindication for marriage.In this case further evaluation is necessary to find the cause of low sperm count. It could be due to varicocele / infections or any other reasons. Most probably this is a treatable condition. It would be ideal to get it treated before marriage.

You can discuss it with your psychiatrist.Probably a combined treatment by a clinical psychologist and psychiatrist may be more beneficial.
