There are multiple causes for erectile dysfunction. It can be organic or psychogenic causes. Respected sir, i am male of age 22 ,i have been suffering from nocturnal emission or wet dream from last year.previously it happens only once in a month or while.but now it happens frequently near 3-5 time in 7 days or it changes. am feel fear to go bed due to this .wet dream most usally happends during morning time. when i sleep early their may be a nocturnal dream happend in the morning result in sperm ejction .what is the solution for this please help me.
Usually night emission is not considered as a disease. When a boy reaches the adolescent age night emission begins as a sign of maturity. It indictes that he has achieved reproductive ability. The frequency is more till the age of 25 to 30 years, after that frequency decreases. IF the person engages in regular mastubation or sexual contacts night emission may not occur very frequently. If there is any pain, burning sensation or discomfort after ejaculation there may be a chance for infection or inflammatin of prostate gland or seminal vesicles. Hi Doctor Hope Fine ! You seem to have both premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. There are variuos causes for this ,it can be either physological or psychological. We do physical checkup and laboratory investigations and find the causative factors before deciding on the treatment.
