I don understand what do you mean by a erection in a female. Ususally we call the male sexual arousal as erection. You may be trying to explain about your wives vaginal and clitoral engorgement. Usually during the sexual arousal in females there will be engorgement of breast, clitoris and vagina. These will be suffecient lubrication inside the vagina. These are the signs of female sexual arousal. If your wife is not getting suffecient arousal she needs a proper evaluation to find out the cause. This may be due to hormonal imbalance or mental stress or any other causes. It can be treated after assessing the cause. There is effective treatment for this problem.

Masturbation usually doesn cause any major problems.  But some of the frequent masturbators may develop premature ejaculation due to habituation. If you hold the penis very tight during masturbation it can cause pain. Please don hold it tight. You are getting the pleasure due to tactile stimulation it doesn require a hard touch.

If there is any erectile dysfunction it can be treated you may need a consultation.

There are different causes for premature ejaculation. This may be due to infection, inflammation, hypersensitivity, habituation or any other factors. First the etiology should be identified. Treatment may vary from medication to sex therapy or a combination of both based on the etiological factors. To decide the treatment you need to undergo a clinical evaluation including physical examination and investigations. With out that it cannot be treated. Definitely there is a cure for this problem.
