Sclerostherapy is used for the treatment of varicose veins. But is has some side effects also. Usually it is not used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. In cases with venour leak we give a course of medication and evaluate the efficacy and advise to continue if it is beneficial. If it fails we advise either for venous ligation or penile prosthesis implant depending upon the nature  and sight of venous leak.
