Dear Sir, I am 29 years old. Not married. My problem is that the foreskin of my penis cannot pull back when the erection time. I do masturbation without pulling the foreskin & I can successfully ejaculate the semen. Also, I can see that one nerve was bulging around the tip of the foreskin at the time of erection. According to you the test result showed normal yet you have the same problem. There are different causes for ED and PE.Unless that is identified we cannot say every thing is normal.Psycogenic factors also play a role in it.
