She has recently also been detected with thyroid we are doing treatment of that by expert endocrinologist. Please suggest as we want to have baby. It appears that yours is a case of unconsummated marriage. There is no medical treatment for this condition. You have to undergo a short course of sex therapy as in-patients for about 3-4 weeks in this hospital. We have seen and successfully treated a large number of such cases in the past.

If any of the partners is not satisfied we can assume that there is a problem. Inability to control the ejaculation may be due to several reasons. Sometimes this may be a habit. In some other cases such problems may be due to infection, inflammation, hypersensitivity, or any other factors. First we have to find out the cause. Treatment may vary from medication to sex therapy or a combination of both based on the causes. To plan the treatment you need to undergo a clinical evaluation including physical examination and investigations. Based on the results it can be successfully treated.
Male.19yrs.ht-172.wt-60.Some say that frequent masturbation cause sexual problems like premature ejaculation, decrease in sperm count.is it true?would frequent masturbation cause any other problem?
If a married man living with wife does masturbation regularly instead of having sexual contact with wife it may lead to marital discord and even divorce. For unmarried people or those who lives alone it is considered as a normal activity that will help to release sexual tension. In certain people fast regular masturbation may cause premature ejaculation by habituation. Usually masturbation doesn cause any other health problems.
Dear Dr.Pramod, Would you please provide the details about the treatment for azoospermia including its percentage of chance to succeed and the cost
Azoospermia is a condition with complete absence of sperm in the semen. It can be due to various reasons. One of the common causes is an obstructive azoospermia which means an obstruction in the reproductive tract or passage of sperms. Matured sperms are collected in the epididymis and carried through the vas deference to the ejaculatory duct. Any obstruction in this path can cause azoospermia. In a few men vas deference is absent by birth. This is another cause of obstructive azoospermia. Absence of spermatogenesis (Spermatogenesis is the process that creates sperm from initially undifferentiated germ cells) or maturation arrest is another cause. Maturation arrest is the cessation of the development of spermatogonia to sperm cell.
It is better to test your semen in another laboratory with 3-5 days abstinence. If the result is the same you have to undergo complete evaluation to find out the cause. Evaluation includes physical examination, semen analysis and sonological evaluation. Only after detecting the actual cause, an opinion about treatment can be given. We have all the facilities to evaluate such conditions.

Dear Sir, I am going through a lot of stress due to various reasons. I have difficulty in maintaining the erection and also the size has reduced considerably. I do socialise often where I have to wear shorts and swim trunks and I often find myself making excuses to avoid such situations. Is the penile prosthesis implant a permanent solution for my condition? Can I get an appointment in the next week? Thanks, Kishore
You require a complete physical and clinical evaluation before any opinion can be given. For further details and appointment you may contact to 0484 - 2555301 or 0484 - 2555304 between 9.30am and 5.00pm from Monday to Saturday.
Hello sir.iam 18 year boy.usually i do swayabhogam.now i stop it many days before.my problem is night emission any problem in that case pls tell me sir
Usually night emission is not considered as a disease. When a boy reaches the adolescent age night emission begins as a sign of maturity. It indicates that he has achieved reproductive ability. The frequency is more till the age of 25 to 30 yrs, after that frequency decreases. If the person engages in regular masturbation or sexual contacts night emission may not occur very frequently. If there is any pain, burning sensation or discomfort after ejaculation there may be a chance for infection or inflammation of prostate gland or seminal vesicles. In such condition treatment is required.
