Ans:

There are different causes for premature ejaculation. This may be due to infection, inflammation, hypersensitivity, habituation or any other factors. First the etiology should be identified. Treatment may vary from medication to sex therapy or a combination of both based on the etiological factors. To decide the treatment you need to undergo a clinical evaluation including physical examination and investigations. With out that it cannot be treated. Definitely there is a cure for this problem. So please consult a doctor practicing modern medicine.

Sir,I am 40 yrs old and diabetic ,healthy following very good diet.but then since past 2 years I am having erectile dysfunction.Kindly, advice whether with medication alone it can be cured.

Pradeep Kumar  Asked on 02/20/14 01:11:11 PM

Ans:

Chronic diabetes mellitus is one of the most common causes of erectile dysfunction. It is quite possible that some diabetogenic changes might have occurred in the corpus cavernosum inside the penis which can lead to an erectile problem. It has to be evaluated first and the treatment should be planned based upon the findings. In certain cases medicines may be effective. In such instances it can be treated with a combination of medication. In other cases where medicines are not effective surgery is the only answer and it the best as well as a life long remedy. In your case it can be planned only after the evaluation.

It started just after a lithotrypsy surgery for urinestone. Perhaps if i get a semi erection, i can manage the rigidity until inter course and not having a pleasur even on ejection. And feel spongylike on glans of penis and a little insensitivity. And a mild burning when urinate. And i went many doctors including urology, andrology, endocrinology specialists and told them the case . By their suggession i underwent many tests like MRI Scan of pitutory, abdominal ct scan, pipe test, blood, urine, semen, hormone including testostiron ,etc, but all test results are normal value. And anyone can find the cause. But i think and told that it happened some damage inside the penis from litho-surgery,but i can convince them. And by their advise i have taken tadalafil 20 tab, but no better results . I am 40, no sugar,no cholestrol, not alcoholic, healthy and father of 2 children.
