Your query is because of ignorance on sexual matters. There is no relation between the anal hole and the vagina as far as pregnancy is concerned.

From your description it appears that you may have a tight frenulum. It can cause difficulty for sexual intercourse. Vaginal penetration may become difficult and you are likely to experience pain. Sometimes there can be small injury and a little bleeding if you try to insert the penis by force. If it is a tight frenulum it can be corrected by a simple surgery called Frenuloplasty. In certain cases circumcission may be required. Without examination an opinion cannot be given.
