Usually the curvature of penis occurs due to the development of plaques inside the penis. It will lead to curvature and pain during erections. You may be able to feel a hard area on the penis at the site of the curvature or on the opposite side. This condition is known as Peyronies disease. If it is at the early stage it can be treated with medicines. Otherwise you may need a surgery to remove the plaques. It all depends on the extent and severity of the disease.
