Ans:

If a married man living with wife does masturbation regularly instead of having sexual contact with wife it may lead to marital discord and even divorce. For unmarried people or those who live alone it is considered as a normal activity that will help to release sexual tension. In certain people fast regular masturbation may cause premature ejaculation by habituation. Usually masturbation doesn cause any other health problems.

Q:

am 19 years aged boy.......166 cm hright 40 kg weight...my prob is night falling....am suffering alot ..any treatment

nishandh  Asked on 08/25/13 10:59:14 AM

Ans:

Usually night emission is not considered as a disease. When a boy reaches the adolescent age night emission begins as a sign of maturity.  It indicates that he has achieved reproductive ability. The frequency is more till the age of 25 to 30 yrs, after that frequency decreases. If the person engages in regular masturbation or sexual contacts night emission may not occur very frequently. If there is any pain, burning sensation or discomfort after ejaculation there may be a chance for infection or inflammation of prostate gland or seminal vesicles. In such condition treatment is required.

Q:

what will be tha minimum size of the pennis of a man to satisfy women ? ie not to reproduce but to satisy sex feelings

arun  Asked on 08/31/13 10:45:54 AM

Ans:

From our experience of treating thousands of patients with sexual problems from Kerala and outside it is found that 99% of men complaints of small penis got apprehension and doubt about the size of their sexual organ. It is only a concern, and not a fact. The size of flaccid penis is immaterial and it will keep on changing based on the atmospheric and body temperature. Most men worry about the size of the flaccid penis. The only published research study conducted in India on penile size is from Dr. Promodus Institute of Sexual & Marital Health which is published in the International Journal of Impotence Research (2007, 19,558-563). The mean erected length is found to be 13.01 cm with a SD of 1.62 cm.  The summary of this study is available at the Institute’s website (www.drpromodusinstitute.in) and the full paper is available in the internet at the journal’s site.

You need not worry about the penile size. You may consult a doctor who can examine your body and alleviate your apprehensions.

Q:

i have orgasms during masturbation easily but my partner is unable to give me orgasms through clitoral stimulation or intercourse.

anjana  Asked on 07/11/12 8:09:40 AM

Ans:

It is known as male orgasmic dysfunction. You are not able to experience the pleasure during intercourse. Often it is psychological problem. Usually men with depression are not able to achieve an orgasm. Problems like depressive cognition, negative attitude, mental stress, obsessive traits etc can impair the orgasmic response. Normally, it is a difficult condition to treat. How ever there is treatment for the same.
