From our experience of treating thousands of patients with sexual problems from Kerala and outside it is found that 99% of men complaints of small penis got apprehension and doubt about the size of their sexual organ. It is only a concern, and not a fact. The size of flaccid penis is immaterial and it will keep on changing based on the atmospheric and body temperature. Most men worry about the size of the flaccid penis. The only published research study conducted in India on penile size is from Dr. Promodus Institute of Sexual & Marital Health which is published in the International Journal of Impotence Research (2007, 19,558-563). The mean erected length is found to be 13.01 cm with a SD of 1.62 cm. The summary of this study is available at the Institute’s website (www.drpromodusinstitute.in) and the full paper is available in the internet at the journal’s site.
You need not worry about the penile size. You may consult a doctor who can examine your body and alleviate your apprehensions.

It is quite natural to get a good sleep after masturbation. This is because your body and mind relaxes after the release of sexual tension. A good relaxation can always induce sleep. Many people use masturbation as a sleeping pill. There is no harm in doing masturbation. The only way to stop such habit is to have a strong will power. Every night while going to bed take a decision that "I will not do it tonight". You may read some books till your eyes become drowsy. If you practice like this daily you may be able to avoid masturbation. If you have any difficulties in controlling it you may take a professional help.
For unmarried people or those who lives alone it is considered as a normal activity that will help to release sexual tension. In certain people fast regular masturbation may cause premature ejaculation by habituation. Usually masturbation doesn cause any other health problems.
Sir, My name is muhammed shah. My marriage was on sep 19. Now my wife is pregnant. My doubt is that do allow sex in during pregnant.
If the pregnancy is normal and the gynaecologist did not suggest any restrictions there is no harm in engaging
in sexual activity as long as both partners are happy and doesn have any discomfort. From your mail i cannot
evaluate the current status of your wife health and complications related to pregnancy. Only the treating
gynaecologist can assess the risk factors and give suggestions, so in my opinion it is always wise to consult
the treating gynaecologist and do take their advise in this regard.
I am 44 years old man. We are having 2 kids - 15 & 12 years. My wife is 35 yrs old. After completing our sex, she is unhappy because she is not getting actual enjoyment. We are enjoying around 25-35 minutes, but she is not getting actual and final enjoyment and she become unhappy. I seek your kind advise to get happy family life.
This shows that your wife is not able to achieve an orgasm. This could be due to several reasons.
From the mail it is not evident whether she was enjoying her orgasm at any point of time. If not she might
have never learned to acheive the orgasm. There are other reasons like inter-personal problems, certain
personal traits, anxiety etc. It needs further evaluation. First we have to identify the cause, based upon
that management strategies can be planned. We would suggest you to consult a doctor in your area to take an
opinion/treatment.

Usually the curvature of penis occurs due to the development of plaques inside the penis. It will lead to curvature and pain during erections. You may be able to feel a hard area on the penis at the site of the curvature or on the opposite side. This condition is known as Peyronies disease. If it is at the early stage it can be treated with medicines. Otherwise you may need a surgery to remove the plaques. It all depends on the extent and severity of the disease. In our hospital we do scanning and other relevant investigations before planning any treatment. Depending on the results we plan the treatment. In certain cases if the plaque is large and situated in the corpus cavernosa or corpus spongiosum there is a risk of losing erectile ability as a complication of the surgery. One can predict any such risk after appropriate evaluation. Before planning any surgery this has to be considered and sufficient precaution should be taken to solve if any such emergency occurs. You can consult an andrologist for this treatment.

Chronic diabetes mellitus is one of the most common causes of erectile dysfunction. It is quite possible that some diabetogenic changes might have occurred in the corpus cavernosum inside the penis which can lead to an erectile problem. It has to be evaluated first and the treatment should be planned based upon the findings. In certain cases medicines may be effective. In such instances it can be treated with a combination of medication. In other cases where medicines are not effective surgery is the only answer and it the best as well as a life long remedy. In your case it can be planned only after the evaluation.
