sir, my name is saleem, i am 43 yrs old,if i am think or imagine about sex i have pain or burning in end of my penis,after urlnation also same problem some times,after few minutes it will appear,if regular entercource pain will reduce,why like this doctor, more than five yrs i am facing the problem,i am consult urologist and do tests,ultra sound scan,urine re, urine culture, p s a ,uric acid, creaitne, kub sperm culture tst all are normal,but still same problem,claimax time also same proble, (skhalana samayam),which doctor need to consult urologist or andhrologist,? need more test,which kind of test,?there is any remedy for this problem, you have any treatment for this, pls reply me as soon sa possilble. thank you, best regards.

Hi. I am 31 years old male. I have problems with erection. I get erection while I masterbate and even in the morning time. But I have noticed that I cannot get a prolonged erection. It will come down within seconds if I dont stimulate it. Im married now and when I try it with my wife I notice that cannot get an erection just before insertion. Im getting aroused while kissing and foreplay but not during insertion. Now I am trying to avoid sex coz that disappoints me and my wife. I drink occasionally and used to smoke. I am unable to attain erection for a long time and in case if i get erection my sexual intercourse does not last more than 2 minutes before that I attain climax. As my erection I am unable to use condoms. I had a twin hernia for which key hole surgery was done. It was 2 years ago but since then I guess I am facing this problem. What can be done ??
