Dear Doctor, Presently I am not having any interest in sexual life, Iam Aged around 43 yrs old, while on sexual activities I am not having any interest, and also at the same time My count is also very Less.At the same time if Iam planning to do alone, My semen is also showing watery, I am not getting proper erection. I request the Doctor to kindly give me Advice at the earliest
Loss of interst could be due to various reasons.Mental stress, relationship problems with spouse, occupational strss, anxiety, depression etc are the most commonly affecting causes. It can be treated. About the problems in semen without testing, it is difficult to give any comment.
do you have the vaccum device or intracavernosal injection treatment for erectile dysfunction
We don't recommend vacuum erection device as it is an out dated treatment method which is not very effective. This is a very cumbersome procedure and most of the men trying this treatment is not satisfied. If you take injectios regularly it can cause further damage.
Without full work up and evaluation treatment cannot be planned. If tablets are not effective you can go for surgery. This is the ideal option.

Hi, My major problem is that i have premature ejaculation. I discharge within 30 sec to 1 minute after penetration. Sometimes even lesser. There is good treatment for PE and ED. But without examining and evvaluating the patient No treatment can be done. You have to come for a consultation. We don't do any treatment for penis enhance ment as most of these claims except operation is fraud and cheating the public.
