There are many people with congenital penile curvatures and most of them do not require any treatment. If you have pain during erections or if the curvature is increasing means you needs immediate medical attention.

If you are able to ejaculate during sleep means your ejaculatory apparatus is normal. This a condition known as delayed ejaculation / retarded ejaculation /male orgasmic dysfunction/ anorgasmia etc. There is effective treatment for the same. We treat such persons with sex therapy and the results are very good. After marriage if there is any problems it can be treated.

There is a condition known as delayed ejaculation / male orgasmic dysfunction etc. If you are unable to overcome this problem within a few weeks it is better to undergo treatment. This is a psychological condition and it can be treated with sex therapy.

Your ED may be psychogenic or vascular. To differntiate between these two you need investigations. Always it is better to undergo treatment after detecting the exact cause of the problem.
