Before planning the surgery you need to undergo the full evaluation. Surgery need to be done only if there is genuine indication. Cost varies depending upon several factors. Iam writing for my daughter. She got married 1 year 6 months. But they were not able to intercourse, what she says that there is severe pain during the inter course. dear doctor, how can I retain sensitivity of penis head? I have a tight circumcised penis. I circumcised in early as 2 or 3 due to some medical reasons. now I am 33. Yet I am not married. I do masturbation almost all days . but I have no satisfaction or orgasm. 3 or 4 times I made intercourse with womens. But then there was only ejaculation without orgasm. Now my penis head is wrinkled and less sensitive. Can I use any kind of oils to smoothen penis head? Is there any treatment to restore my foreskin?
It appears that yours is a case of male orgasmic dysfunction. However before going for treatment you have to undergo physical and clinical evaluation to establish the cause.

From your description it appears that you may have a tight frenulum. Without examination an opinion cannot be given. Please consult doctors who can advice whether you require a circumcision or frenuloplasty.
