Doctor, I am a 29 years man, my penis not erecting when I am ready for sex. First time I face the problem 10 months back after that a long period I did not have sexual relationship. Then I did not care this problem. Because normally it will erected at my sleeping time and at the time when I will be sexually motivated. Recently continually my penis is not erecting when I will be ready for the sex with my wife. If she gives me an oral sex, then it will be fine and work as normal. When I was alone or at the time of sleeping, I am getting the erection but when I noticed that my penis is erected, then I will check it erected fully or not. Then immediately it goes to the normal stage. Recently when I will be ready for sex with my wife, my penis is becoming too small, smaller than the normal size and I feel too cold on that area like an ice. Each day the situation becoming is too difficult for me. Now I cannot understand my penis is erecting fully or not even at the sleeping time or when I will be alone, because when I noticed my penis erecting, then immediately it will go to normal stage. May this is because of my anxiety, but I cannot control my anxiety. I do not know what the exact problem with me is.

The mean erected length is found to be 13.01 cm with a SD of 1.62 cm.
