This is known as night emission and it is normal. Nothing to worry about it. If it is very frequent and there is pain or burning sensation following ejaculation you may require treatment, otherwise not.

After circumcision in 2009 I always feel less libido and taking more time for ejaculation during intercourse / masterbation and slight pain on lower tip of penis. Ans:

Usually circumcision dosn cause any problems. Circumcision is not reversable. The pain you experience at the lower tip may be due to a tight frenulum which can be corrected. You erectile dysfunction is not due to circumcision. There may be some other causes. There is no point in taking medicines without identifying the exact problem and its cause. So it is advisable to undergo a detailed evaluation for ED and to take medicines only if there is a genuine indication and requreiment.

Ans:

When a person undergo circuumcission the glans penis will be exposed and it doesn cause any problems. Minor curvatures and deviations during erection are also normal. If it is too much or it is increasing gradually or if there is pain during erection it needs medical evaluation. It is better to consult a doctor to clarify you doubts.

If the erection is not full penis may bend if you apply pressure. Some of the curvatures are harmless and normal. Some other curvatures are being developed due to certain underlying disease like peyronies disease which needs treatment. So it is better to consult a doctor and take a medical advise after getting it examined.

It seems that you got a fungal infection, that is why you experince itching. White substance may be smegma a secretion from the glands at the coronal ridge. This is normal but will increase when there is fungal infection and there may be itching and foul smell. It need s treatment. You may consult a urologist or a dermatologist. Your erectile problem may be psychogenic. You can wait a little till your fungal infection recovers. If the ED persists it can be evaluated and treated.
