You may need cognitive behaviour therapy by which such problems can be solved. This is being done by qualified clinical psychologist. So you may consult a clinical psychologist. If the problem gets worse you may need medicines also. In such condition you can take the help of a psychiatrist also. In certain conditions a combination of psychiatric medicines and CBT will be more effective.

Ans:

Fluid secreted from the vagina helps to keep the vagina clean and to prevent infection to certain extent. So it is normal to have discharge from the vagina. It also varies from time to time such as during ovulation, just before or after periods, preganacy, breast feeding etc. If ther is foul smell or itching then there is a possibilty of an infection. There are different typesof vaginal infections such as bacterial, fungal,etc. If you have a doubt about an infection, dont wait consult a gynaecologist. There is nothing to worry about a consultation or no need to feel ashamed.

Ans:

You may need a circumcision. If you cannot retract the foreskin on an erected penis, there is chance of small injuries and pain if the skin gets retraced forcefully during intercourse. This may cause a loss of erection. In certain cases we have seen paraphimosis also. This is a condition in which patient is unable to bring back the retracted foreskin to the normal position and needs an urgent medical help. So it is better to consult a doctor before marriage and to take an advise.

Lack of erection is an erectile dysfunction. This may be organic or psychogenic for which evaluation is needed to differentiate. This is treatable. You may have fungal infection. It can be treated by a skin specialist or a urologist. This is also a treatable condition.

From the question it is not clear that why injection was prescribed for you?, what injection / medicine? What was the cause of your problem etc. If you were taking intracavernosal injection for achieving penile erection and if it is not effective now, then the only alternative is a penile prosthesis implant operation. I suggest that you must undergo a detailed evaluation before planning any further treatment.
