Hi Sir, I am 31yrs old, married last year (Iam working in Oil and Gas field with 5 weeks ON Duty and 5 Weeks OFF Duty and my wife works for a local firm in Kerala). Me and my wife decided not to have children for 1st one year. So we were doing protected sex (whenever I was OFF Duty) all was normal. Now one year is over and we were trying to have sex for having child.But since last 2-3 days I am unable to get proper erection and sexual desire and finally could not do sex. One should not take a hasty decision about surgery. It is the last choice of treatment. We do implant two piece and 3piece implants. But before planning all this you nedd a proper evalution and plan for the surgery if it is essential. In that situation we can discuss the cost factor. Since you are planning for marriage soon you can reduce the frequency of masturbation. Try to find more satisfaction in sexual intercourse rather than masturbation. I don know what you mean by clottted semen, If mean that your semen is very thick it is known as hyperviscous. If this is your problem it may lead to infertility due to poor quality and motility of sperms. This condition may be due to different reasons.
