Sir, My name is Sabu, 45 years old and my wife is 41 years old. We have two kids, 12 years and 9 years. We both are engineers and working in public sector. Now I will explain my problem. My wife is very less interest in doing sex for the past years. I hope from the marriage days onwards the problem was there. Now for the past 7 to 8 years, our sexual intercourse is may be once in a month, even that also is happening after many request or compulsion. My case is that I am very interest in sex even 3-4 times in a week at least. And during our intercourse, she never gets orgasam at all and later I have to please her with hand. To have sexual activity 3 - 4 times in a week is normal at your age. I don't know whether your wife got an aversion to sexual act. This is one of the possibilities. If she is not able to achieve an orgasm despite repeated sexual activity it is normal that her interest will reduce gradually. Any how this problem is most likey psychogenic in origin and there is a definte solution provided your wife is willing to come for a consultation and coperative. If both of you got a genuine motivation to solve this, we can help you out. If you don't solve it, your dissatisfaction may increase and lead to other issues. I am 38 yr old ( weight 90 kg ) and my wife is 31 yrs old ( weight 75 kg). Both of us are employed at Kalpetta. We have been married for over 2 years now and used to have intercourse mostly between her 8th & 18th day of menstrual cycle. After 2 Yrs of marriage, we have been visiting a veteran Urologist at Calicut, who suggested to do Color Doppler scan. Varicocele were found on both sides of scrotum. Active Motility was found to be 5% during Sept 2015. After following different prescriptions for 6 months, Active Motility is now 15-20% . Sperm Count is between 75- 85 Million/ml throughout this period. Tube Block test, Follicular test, Pap smear tests were conducted for my wife & all were normal. Throughout past 6 months, we are having regular sex ( mainly between 8th and 18th day) but not yet able to conceive. We like to know why we are facing difficulty in conceiving, as we are told that 10% motility is enough for conceiving. We are in doubt whether to continue consulting same doctor or to consult another doctor for expert opinion. Or whether we should try other treatments such as IUI, ICSI . My wife feels that I am less passionate and that I should attend some counselling. Kindly let us know your best advice in this matter.

Sorry for the delay in reply. After reading your history I think we can help you out. I understand from your history that the investigation reports of both of you are normal except for reduced sperm count and varicocele. We have come across so many cases with varicocele and low sperm motility due to varicocle. Many of them visited after severaltreatment including IUI, ICSI, IVF etc., but didn't concieve. After treating for varicoele of the husband wife concieved and gave birth to a child. Medcines will help to increase the sperm quality a little bit, not significantly. Dear Sir, Pls advice for erectile disfunction issue. Am married 5 yrs back. There is no good relation between us due to lac of issue. Mentally I disorder and moved to Dubai. Sir before or after marriage there is no any sexual relation with other. As usual seen porn movies and masturbate. Now also. My problem : Now am feeling that the erection not happens as earlier. Hello Sir, I am Sujith from Kollam.32 yrs old. Now i am working as a Kerala govt. public sector. company.I am very disappointed with my sexual life. My Penis is not strong and hard erection. My Penis is not entering into vagina at the time of intercourse with my wife. That time it seen as fold especially gland or top of the penis (it bacame big but not strong) but at the time of foreplay sometimes i have seen semi strong(pens) and immediately fallen.I saw allopathic Doctor and he tested my penis physically and he also prescribed for hormonal, blood pleasure, sperm count tests.As a test results he told me that i have no above mentioned issues.He gave medicine for blood circulation( medicine name- uptall). At the time of eating that medicine i had been headache and some chest pain.At the time of taking medicine penis became semi strong. (that time top of the penis saw as big but not hard,and seen as fold & not entering in to vagina, taking ejaculation process complete from outside of vagina). I ate 15 tablets only. We are sorry for the delay in replying. If you have not filed a divorce petion please wait. Don't take a hasty decision. I understand that you got an erectile dysfunction. The cause may be purely male facor or female factor or both combined. It may be psychogenic or vascular. Let the cause be anything, don't worry there is effective treatment for ED. First we have to evaluate both of you by investigations and physical examination. Then we detect the actual cause and plan the treatment accordingly. Intial evaluation may take only one or two days time. Then further plans can be made. Please do come prepared for two days stay in the hospital. WHat ever may be the cause your problems is treatable. So don't think of a divorce at this juncture.

Inability to engage in inercourse may be due to female factor or male factor or both. So both of you need investigationas and physical examination.
Dear Doctor, I am 58 year old and a very good sportsman, to my age I am a very active person. Only my triglyceride is little high ( 180-220 range), no other ailments whatsoever.
