From your letter we dont know if you are a young boy or a matured man. Mastrubation as such is not harmful.But in certain people fast regular mastrubation may cause premature ejaculation by habituation.If erection is not strong you will have to undergo investigation to find the causes, for which you need to consult a doctor.
