I have been married since 2003. There was no erectile disfunction. There were problems of low sperm count and motility.No issues till date. For the past 9 years I was continuousely using bike. On 2012 May 19 I had a minor accident with collar bone fracture. But before ONE year before the accident itself, there was considerable erectile disfunction for which afrodisiacs were taken. But after a few months of accident a drastic Fever affected me and there was total erectile disfunction. Even there is no ejaculation since the fever. Ans:

Inability to retract the foreskin is due to phimosis.It is a condition with narrowness of the preputial orifice so the foreskin cannot be pushed back over the glans penis.It can cause pain or injuries when attempts for sexual intercourse.So it has to be surgically corrected before marriage.
