am 29 yrs male married for two years. wife tested with PCOD and treatment is in progress. Usually night emission is not cosidered as a disease.This is a sign of reaching maturity. The frequency is more till the age of 25 to 30 years after that frequency reduces.After marriage with frequent sexual contact this will reduce. Looks like you are developing Peyronie disease.This is characterised by the formation of a plaque or hard lump within the penis.It can be developed on any side of the penis under the memberane called tunica albuginea. This is not same as the varicosile. It can lead to curvature of the penis causing pain.Sometime it can lead to erectile problems also.Do consult a doctor at your locality .
