Increased Cholesterol will cause ED & Heart Attack.

Increased cholesterol causes hardening of arteries. This hardening is known as atherosclerosis. Arteries are the blood vessels through which the blood is carried to the different parts of the body, including heart. The LDL cholesterol is popularly known as “bad cholesterol” which is the major villain for creating plaques inside the arteries which leads to hardening. This process is known as atherosclerosis. The plaque buildup on the inner wall of your arteries restricts blood flow. When it affects the coronary arteries it can leads to heart attack or coronary artery disease. Atherosclerosis can affects all arteries in the body. The internal size (lumen) of the coronary artery is 3-4 millimeter and the penile artery (artery supplying blood to the penis / cavernous artery) is only less than one millimeter. So when a block occurs in your body it affects the smaller arteries first and you develop an erectile dysfunction. After some time when it affects the bigger artery you get a heart attack.
When you develop an erectile dysfunction after the age of 40 years, be careful. Don’t ignore, sometimes it may be a warning sign of an impending heart attack.
Many men are shy to consult a doctor for a sexual problem. So they take a pill from a friend or buy an ED drug from a medical shop and try. It can worsen your condition if you got a cardiac problem or about to develop one. That is the reason why ED patients are advised to take tests including cardiac check up.

So Don’t Ignore Your Cholesterol.
Reduce it.
Be sexually and physically healthy.
Protect your erectile and cardiac health.
